The 5 Signs You Need at Your Wedding

One of the most common questions we get from brides trying to plan the decor for their big day is centered around the signs! There are SO many signs out there, and it can get really confusing when you try to narrow down what wedding signs you need for your wedding ceremony, reception, and beyond.

Here is our list of the top five signs that are the most useful for any wedding!

  1. Bar Sign : Whether its a boozy bar, or a baked goods bar, guests always congregate at the place where they can get their sips and sweets. If you are doing a signature cocktail, a customized drink sign is a really fun way to show your guests what your drink of choice is. We personally love when these are themed with the couples pets, which makes for an instant hit with everyone at the wedding.

  2. Welcome Sign  : A wedding welcome sign is fabulous because it can do double (or triple) duty. Have your welcome sign outside of your ceremony location to alert guests where they should be headed, and then you can transport it to your wedding reception location as well. Having an after party? There is not reason the welcome sign can't join you there are as well!

  3. Seating Chart Sign : Whether you decide to do escort cards or not, a seating chart for your wedding reception is going to come in handy! A large, easy to read sign that let's guests know what table they are seated at can not only be a logistical help, but it can be a beautiful part of the decor as well! Carry your  wedding theme through this sign by naming tables fun things, and coordinate your table signs to match!

  4. Hashtag Sign : You probably spent WAY too much time coming up with your wedding hashtag, and so your guests better use it! The sad thing is that many couples don't put out any signage with their hashtag, and therefore guests totally forget to add it to their photos! A few strategically placed, small signs at the bar, near the cake, or even in the restrooms can make sure guests remember to tag their pics!

  5. Remembrance Signs : One of the hardest parts of a wedding can be remembering those who are not longer with you. Remembrance signs are a sweet way to memorialize these guests who you wish could be there. Our personal favorite remembrance sign includes a custom portrait to honor your loved ones.

Of course there are many other signs that couples choose to include in their wedding day, but these five are ones that make a big impact and can make a significant impact on the experience your guests have!
