How do you make the portraits look like us before we have taken any wedding photos on our actual wedding date?

Magic. Kidding! (Kind of.) We base our custom illustrations on photos you provide us—this can include people, pets, places, outfits...you name it. As soon as you place your order, we will send you an online request form where you can provide us all the photos we need for your design. For example, send us a picture of you and your mom wearing everyday clothes, and another picture of your wedding outfit and we’ll combine them beautifully. And, we capture every detail - whether it's your rose gold wedding ring or cowboy boots for your rustic wedding!

Do I need to have all of my details and photos ready before I purchase?

No, you do not! We suggest purchasing ASAP to secure your spot, as spaces and availability are limited and go quickly. You don't need to have all of your details ready when you purchase, you will be able to fill out the customization form when you are ready to do so. Are you an early wedding planner? What happens after I order?

Our process has been tried and tested for customer satisfaction! Here’s what you can expect after you place an order:

You will instantly receive a form via email that allows you to provide us with all of the information and/or photos we need. Please make sure every detail—such as names, dates, and addresses—is correct. Our designers will use this info exactly as it appears on this form.
A digital proof will be emailed to you within the proof processing time you selected at checkout.
You send back edits, we send you updated proofs! Three rounds of proofing are included, and additional rounds can be purchased. Each round usually takes about 1 to 2 days.
Once proofs are approved, we will send your order to print. Printing and shipping on most items takes 8 business days. If you purchased a digital design, you’ll receive final files via email.

How far in advance should I order?

As soon as you can! We reward the early planners with discounts of 10-15% off when you purchase 6+ months ahead of your wedding. Pop into live chat to get more info on how to access these savings.

Do you have rush options available?

Yes! You can choose to add on a rush at checkout. We offer rush options at checkout for printed pieces to arrive within 1 week and digital files as soon as next day. If you need your printed piece faster than 1 week, please click on the live chat box to discuss with one of our team members!
