How the process works
- After you purchase you will immediately receive an email with the customization form to fill out, as well as how to schedule a chat with your designer. Not ready to send along your details yet? No problem - we will hold on your design until all your details are confirmed.
- Get ready for the ultimate white glove service the moment you decide to work with us. Starting with your 15 minute designer chat, we make sure we get all the details juuuust right. You can ask questions, go over important aspects of your design, or just gush about all the dreamy details of your big day.
- Next, you will receive your first proof via email. You will be able to send comments and edits back to your designer, and will have three rounds of revisions to make your design perfect.
- Once you give final approval, they will send your piece off for print production. We will keep you in the loop about when it is expected to arrive but feel free to reach out even after you receive your print if you have any questions.
