Chalkboard Wedding Welcome Sign - COVID Edition

Our newest chalkboard wedding welcome sign features a chalkboard style background with florals surrounding a custom portrait. This unique wedding sign makes the perfect piece of decor at your wedding reception, and a beautiful wedding keepsake afterwards.

Choosing Print Size + Material

You can scroll through the listing images to see examples of the three types of printing offered, Matte Paper, Canvas, and Framed Canvas, as well as the framed canvas color options.

If you select framed canvas you will choose your frame color after purchase with the rest of your customization details. 

How to Customize

  • As soon as you purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your customization form. This form is where you will send in photos and all of your details as soon as you have them ready. 
  • You do not provide any customization details at the time of purchase. 
  • Two people and our basic custom wedding attire (matching the shape and color of your dress and suit/outfit) are included. Add pets or additional people, a custom dress upgrade, or men's attire upgrade.
    Your design includes 3 rounds of revisions and edits

Turnaround & Shipping  

You will select your turnaround time at checkout. Standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase until it arrives at your door. We have rush options for as quickly as 1 week that you can add on during checkout.

How do you make the Bride and Groom look like us before we have taken any wedding photos on our actual wedding date? 

Magic. Kidding! (Kind of.) We base our custom illustrations on photos you provide us—this can include people, pets, places, outfits...you name it. As soon as you place your order, we will send you an online request form where you can provide us all the photos we need for your design. For example, send us a picture of you and your partner wearing everyday clothes, and another picture of your wedding outfit and we’ll combine them beautifully. And, we capture every detail - whether it's your rose gold wedding ring or cowboy boots for your rustic wedding!

Do I need to have all of my details and photos ready before I purchase? 

No, you do not! We suggest purchasing ASAP to secure your spot, as spaces and availability are limited and go quickly. You don't need to have all of your details ready when you purchase, you will be able to fill out the customization form when you are ready to do so. Are you an early wedding planner? You can save up to 15% when you purchase your unique guest book alternative 6 or more months ahead! Live chat for more details.  

How do you make the portraits look like us on our wedding day, if it has not happened yet?

Magic. Kidding! (Kind of.) We base our custom illustrations on photos you provide us—this can include people, pets, places, outfits...you name it. As soon as you place your order, we will send you an online request form where you can provide us all the photos we need for your design. Photos should be clear and high-resolution - check out our Photo Guide for helpful tips on what types of photos to send!

You can send us multiple photos and we will put it all together into one illustration. For example, send us a picture of you and your partner wearing everyday clothes, and another picture of your wedding outfi, and we’ll combine them beautifully.

Can you explain the process a bit more?

Get ready for the ultimate white glove service the moment you decide to work with us. The first step after you purchase is to schedule a 15 minute call with your designer, so we can make sure we get all the details juuuust right. But don't worry, if you prefer email we can do that too! You can ask questions, go over important aspects of your design, or just gush about all the dreamy details of your wedding day. Once your designer has all the important details, they will get to work on creating your custom design. Next, you will receive your first proof via email. You will be able to send comments and edits back to your designer, and will enter into the "revision" stage. You will have three rounds of revisions to make your design perfect. Once you send your designer final approval, they will send your piece off for print production (or send you the final file if you purchase a digital print). We will keep you in the loop about when your print gets shipped out, and when it is expected to arrive. Feel free to reach out even after you receive your print if you have any questions (you probably won't since we pack our boxes with lots of helpful info and extra goodies to make sure you are all set.
